Do you communicate in other languages
This chat feature is available in many other languages. Our phones and email capabilities are limited to English and Spanish.
Is this a real person?
While I am a chatbot, I have been programmed to answer almost all of the questions about this policy. If I am unable to answer a question you have about the policy, I will contact you with a live agent during normal business hours. If this is after hours, I will send an email over to our email department who will then reply to your question within 1-3 business days. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 6 PM MST.
